1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to Huzy (huzy.pro). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Huzy governing your use of the platform. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per household is permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Granting third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.
• You may be required to provide valid identification documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Huzy is not liable for any authorised or unauthorised transactions made through your account, unless it is proven that the issue was entirely caused by a fault in our system.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment number linked to your account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; wagering requirements must be met first.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal.
• Daily Cashback: 5% cashback on daily losses, up to BDT 2,000.
• Referral Bonus: BDT 200 per successful referral, applicable when the referred person makes a deposit.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Unusual betting patterns made using bonuses may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; specific offers may carry a different expiry period as stated.

• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using Huzy's intellectual property without authorisation.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Huzy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason — particularly for violations of these terms and conditions. If an account is closed:

• Valid real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though they may be placed on hold during an ongoing investigation.
• If there is evidence of a terms violation, all balances may be forfeited.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
